Cookie Policy

How ListingVideoPro uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Draft — counsel reviewProposed effective date: launch

Plain-language cookie draft

This draft describes the current product configuration. Counsel must confirm the final operator identity, contact channel, consent requirements, and jurisdiction-specific wording before launch.

1. Overview

ListingVideoPro uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide authentication, security, language and interface preferences, organization selection, billing workflows, and other core product functions.

A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. This policy should be read with the Privacy Policy, which explains how ListingVideoPro handles personal information more broadly.

2. Essential technologies

Essential technologies are required to sign users in, maintain secure sessions, protect forms and service endpoints, remember necessary settings, route requests, prevent abuse, and keep organization data separated. Disabling them may prevent parts of the service from working.

  • Authentication and session state, including sign-in and active-organization selection.
  • Security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and request integrity.
  • Language, theme, cookie choices, and other necessary interface settings.
  • Checkout and billing-session continuity when a user chooses a paid workflow.

3. Optional analytics and marketing

Optional analytics or marketing technologies are not required for the core service. If ListingVideoPro enables them, the product must provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law before those technologies are used.

The current launch configuration should be reviewed against this section before release. This policy does not authorize adding advertising or cross-site tracking without updating the notice and consent controls.

4. Service providers

Vercel may process technical request and delivery data for hosting and security. Better Auth supports account and organization sessions. Stripe may set technologies needed for checkout, fraud prevention, and the customer billing portal. Sentry, Upstash, or other configured operational providers may process technical signals needed for error monitoring, security, and rate limiting.

Provider technologies are governed by the provider terms and privacy notices that apply to their services. ListingVideoPro configures providers for their assigned product or operational role and does not permit them to use customer listing media for unrelated advertising.

5. Your choices

You can use browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential technologies can sign you out, prevent organization selection, interrupt checkout, or make protected product features unavailable.

Where optional technologies require consent, ListingVideoPro will provide the applicable product control. Browser privacy controls and legally recognized opt-out signals will be honored where required and technically applicable.

6. Duration and retention

Session technologies may expire when the browser closes or the session ends. Persistent technologies remain for a defined period or until deleted, depending on their purpose. Authentication, security, billing, and consent records may be retained separately when needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, maintain financial records, or meet legal obligations.

The final launch inventory should record each cookie or similar technology, its provider, purpose, duration, and whether it is essential or optional.

7. Updates and contact

ListingVideoPro may update this policy when product features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will receive notice appropriate to the change when required.

The final policy must publish the legal operator and a privacy or support contact channel before launch. Questions or requests should use that published channel once available.

Counsel review remains required

Operator identity, legal contact channels, jurisdiction-specific terms, and final launch wording must be approved before these drafts become effective.
